Can You Chain In Heart Gold

At noon today it was the most Italian of all salads, or Cicoria Catalogna cimata. He is not only very Pitoresk, but also incredibly fine, crisp and juicy, and, as all chicory, a little bitter (Gisela place: far too bitter). He is also a herald of spring and in summer it gets really bitter and in the fall and winter, it disappears entirely. This has now also fitted well, we have eaten out for the first time in the sun. In the photo, no dressing is on it, because I never really know if Dieter can be inspired on that day for salad. In this case, it consisted only of balsamic vinegar, Casolare olive oil, salt and pepper. Mmmm ...
